Founded in 2020, the African Women’s League Global (AWLG) was born from a desire to create a supportive ecosystem for women of the African diaspora. Our founders recognized the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women navigating life and careers away from their home continent. What began as a small networking group has blossomed into a global movement, connecting thousands of women across continents and empowering them to achieve personal and professional excellence.
